SERVICES
Semi- Independent Living (16-18)
Our Semi-independent Living provisions consist of specialist 24-hour staffed accomodation for young people aged 16-18. These provisions cater to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
This is a holistic accommodation-based service which aims to prevent and/or reduce negative behaviours in young people.
The nature of Semi Independent Living also helps to equip young people with the life skills necessary to live independently.

Floating support (18 -25-year-olds)

Our specialist Floating Support Teams provide one to one support to people accessing these services. Each person will have their own individual support plan to work towards their own individual goals. This is available under the request of the commissioning local authorities who find that these individuals are still in need of support. Accommodation is provided, usually in the form of a house share provision where 5 or more hours of support work are arranged.
Emergency placements - up to 18 years of age.

Sometimes there is an urgent need for temporary/short term care. In these cases, we are able to provide emergency accommodation and support. The placement may occur when a young person needs to be bailed from custody at the local police station, or simply due to a breakdown in care home placements.
